Engineers customize parameters according to customer needs, such as voltage level, capacity, protection level, etc., and optimize electromagnetic field distribution through computer simulation to ensure efficient operation of the transformer.

Coil winding is the key process, we adopt copper or aluminum with high conductivity as the conductor, then precisely winding by automated equipment,errors controll in mm level,wrapped insulations between layers to prevent short circuits.The transformer insulation adopts F-grade DMD high temperature resistant insulating paper, which has good mechanical strength.

Our core adopted with laminated silicon steel sheets of high magnetic permeability to reduces iron loss and eddy current loss,the silicon steel sheets undergo processes such as cutting, stacking, and fastening to ensure magnetic permeability and mechanical strength. The error is controlled in millimeters level to avoid noise and loss.

Insulating oil needs to undergo purification steps such as filtration degasification, and drying to remove moisture and impurities ensuring that its breakdown voltage is not lower than 35kV. It fills the gaps between coils and cores to improve insulation performance. and it can conduct heat to the radiator through circulating flow, make efficient cooling. The overload capacity of oil-immersed transformers can reach 1.3 times of rated capacity, far over than dry-type transformers,more advantage use in large load.

In the final assembly process, we combine and complete assembly the iron core, coil, and temperature control system, then goes to test center to through voltage ratio and connection,winding resistance,insulation resistance,induced voltage withstand,no-load loss and current,load-loss and impedance voltage test,power frequency,sealing test and son on to ensure every unit undergoes each testing and meets standards before being allowed to be shipped.

The surface of tank needs to be sprayed with anti-corrosion paint to prevent rusting caused by long-term outdoor use. The transformer will be fixed on wooden pallet and wrapped with moisture-proof film to ensure safety during transportation.
