ZGS11 combined type transformer substation is more compact than the YBM type substation. It follows American design and uses compact low voltage switches to reduce volume, thus to lower the cost.

The low voltage cabinet is specially equipped with intelligent under voltage controller, which has the function of identifying the abnormal voltage of the low voltage busbar of the substation, and can also avoid the tripping function of the low voltage switch caused by the trip of the 10kV high voltage line or during power outage maintenance.
